About Amor
Where Regulation Comes Before Transformation
AMOR was founded by Suzi as a space for structured, regulation-led transformation. This work sits at the intersection of nervous system awareness, trauma-informed practice and identity recalibration. It is not built from theory alone. It is built from lived experience, professional training and disciplined integration.

My Path
My life has not followed a simple or predictable route. I have navigated grief, early responsibility, instability, loss and prolonged periods of survival mode. I understand what it feels like to live braced. I also understand that resilience without regulation eventually leads to exhaustion. The frameworks I now teach and facilitate were first practices I had to embody myself. Not conceptually. Practically. Through structured integration, nervous system understanding and committed inner work, survival became stability. Stability became clarity. Clarity became leadership.
My Training Includes:
Auricular Acupuncture (NADA Protocol)
Somatic Memory Repatterning Technique (SMRT)
Seven Steps to Spiritual Alchemy (Accredited Facilitator)
Reiki Practitioner & Training
Trauma-aware and regulation-led frameworks
The Philosophy:
Navigating life’s intricate fabric, choices unfold paths to the extraordinary, demanding creativity, curiosity, and courage for a truly fulfilling journey. My practice also integrates complementary oncology support and is sensitive to neurodivergent nervous systems. Every container is held with steadiness, clarity and boundaries.
