Energy Regulation – Nervous System Settling at AMOR
Energy Regulation sessions at AMOR integrate Reiki within a structured, trauma-informed nervous system framework. This is regulation work — not activation work. When the nervous system has lived in prolonged stress, the body often remains contracted and protective. Energy Regulation supports the system in softening that contraction. Sessions are calm, paced and contained. You remain fully clothed and supported within clear boundaries. There is no intensity and no emotional forcing. The aim is internal safety.

Auricular Acupuncture – Nervous System Settling at AMOR
At AMOR, auricular acupuncture follows the NADA five-point protocol — a structured approach used to support nervous system stabilisation in trauma-informed and community health settings. Small sterile needles are placed into specific ear points associated with calming the stress response and supporting autonomic balance. Sessions are quiet, seated and minimally invasive. The focus is not diagnosis. It is regulation.

Oncology Support
For those navigating cancer treatment, Energy Regulation is complementary. It does not replace medical care. It supports the nervous system coping with: Chemical stress from treatment, Physical fatigue, Emotional shock and uncertainty & Cumulative psychological strain. The focus is steadiness. When the body feels safe enough to rest, it begins to reorganise.
